Returns Policy

Order cancellation after placing it online:

  • You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We will initiate the process of 100% refund of the money and the written confirmation will be sent to you through email.
  • We have kept 24 hours timeline because as soon as the order is confirmed, we initiate the process of channelizing the resources towards picking, packaging, customization and logistics for the shipment of the order.
  • Order cancellation request(s) received post 24 hours of placing the order will be dealt with on case to case basis depending on the stage of our above mentioned completion process.
  • In case of cancellation request(s) received post 24 hours of placing the order, we only accept the return of unworn, unaltered and undamaged items within 7 days from the date of delivery. We offer following options for the refund:
    • Credit in your online account with us. This includes the purchase price of an item and the customization fee;

      Or
    • Refund for item purchase price in the same payment mode which was used to make the payment
  • Please be apprised that it takes a maximum of 2 business days, post the receipt of your cancellation request, for us to cancel your order, and send you a notification via e-mail.
  • Our policy lasts 07 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery to you, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels intact.
  • We don't accept returns on following items:

    Non-returnable items:

    • Customized/Altered items;
    • Products purchased from sale/overstock section;
    • Gift cards;
    • Any item not in its original condition and/or is damaged and/or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and
    • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase.

    In order to initiate return, you must contact us through email with the reason for return and supporting photographs of the product.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Alternatively, you can also get the credit in your online account that you have with us.
  • In account credit will reflect within 5-7 business days in your account. For the credit back into your payment mode, we request you to get in touch with your bank for the same.
  • Amount credited will be after adjusting the shipping fee for return (where you haven't paid for the return) and discounts applied at the time of purchase and customization fee if any.
  • Purchase made completely through gift card will be eligible for only in account store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@pretnext.com

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchange of the products may be done if applicable.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@pretnext.com and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive an account credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, amount will be credited in your store account with us.
  • If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves/s to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
